Civil law

This concept is quite broad.

This part of the law, it mean, the system of legal norms.

These rules govern the relationship of individuals.

Of course, civil law is part of the legal system of each state, including Russia. In Russia, a set of laws governing these legal relationships referred to the Civil Code. It consists of four parts which include:

. - Commitments (contracts, loans, ...).

- Property rights (donation, exchange, rent ...)

-Protection of intangible rights (inventions, patents, honor and dignity ...... ..)

- inheritance law (procedures, deadlines, the right of inheritance, the order .......)

Of the Civil Code the most extensive set of laws, because it regulates most of the relations arising between citizens and citizens  or  organizations, or between citizens and the state.

The Civil Code protects the inalienable rights of citizens: health, life, personal dignity, privacy (Part 1 of Article 150 of the Civil Code)
There are principles of civil law, which are contained in Art. 1 of the Civil Code.

First of all, all parties involved are equal before the law.

Declares the principle of redress.

And also in our state property is inviolable.

The Civil Code shall apply to the entire territory of the Russian Federation.

The action of civil law applies to all persons within the territory of the Russian Federation.

The above-mentioned persons are: citizens, foreign citizens and stateless persons, legal entities of the Russian Federation, the subjects of the Russian Federation and municipal associations.

When reading of the law, it is necessary to consider that all the rules of law are divided into two broad categories. This discretionary and peremptory rules.

Discretionary rules - when the term of the contract provided for the rules that apply to the extent that the agreement does not specify otherwise.

Peremptory norms - rules binding on the parties, statutory and other legal acts in force at the time of its conclusion (and nothing else),  it mean , deviations from the requirements of the law are not allowed.
